A wonderful hotel in a central location in Thessaloniki. The reception team and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful at every stage. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world, and the service here ranks in my top three. The room layout, architectural design, and cleanliness were excellent. The valet service and partnership with a parking facility is a huge advantage in a city like Thessaloniki, where parking is limited. This is definitely a place I will return to.

I received a very warm and professional welcome upon arriving at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and always smiling. All my requests were not only met but exceeded. My car was taken care of, and my dog and I enjoyed a spacious, nice, and clean room. The hotel provided two dog bowls in the room, along with some treats for my dog, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast and service were excellent, and the check-out process was smooth. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Really clean and super friendly hotel. I was there with my boyfriend who had an injured leg and they were always quick on helping him, aiding with opening the door and so on. Very helpful and very kind. The breakfast was fresh and staff there lovely as well. This hotel is a gem.
