We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing and with wide variety. The restaurant had delicious food. My boyfriend is celiac and the staff was able to adapt the food and make it gluten free. The staff accommodated every request in the best ways.

Everything is great. From arrival to the rooms. We were lazy to leave the hotel but meals were good plus Beach restaurant changes menu everyday so it does not become boring. More importantly staff. Sophia , she is everywhere. Nathalia at the reception. Yorgos at the restaurant , he is following all the details. Agyris at breakfast. Very good idea, hôtel give information everyday about nice beach to visit next day according to meteo. Even though we did not move. Architecture is great. Hotel looks as if absorbed to the nature. Even rooms are close you have privacy.

Wonderful hotel with lovely, kind and responsive stuff. A very special thank to Front Office Manager Ms. Margarita Belaya, who guided us on our time in the city and many other things. Nice breakfast, good cocktails at the bar. I liked the room. There is a good restaurant with delicious Greek cuisine opposite the hotel. I hope to come here again.

Special mention to Anne for helping us always with a smile. 5 stars service! - breakfast was good and the views from the terrace are lovely. - The hotel is well located with beach front facilities and with places to enjoy the beach. - the Spa is a highlight and we really enjoyed it.

The resort is very meticulous, the food is very good, the rooms are renovated, feels like a true 5 star hotel, bars and restaurant are great and the prices are very reasonable. We really liked it and we are sure to come back.
