We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful green surroundings, a nice sandy beach for kids, clear sea, very varied food for breakfast and dinner, and friendly, welcoming staff. the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable.
