Staff were super friendly, hotel was modern and clean, we travelled with a dog and they even had a gift bag for him (including treats and a dog toy)!

Friendly, professional and attentive staff. Very clean room and comfortable bed and bedding/towels. Breakfast was great, with local and more international options in the buffet. Rooftop bar had a great vibe and great drinks. Beautiful architecture and design from the building itself, to the common areas, to the room.

Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome after a not so nice experience at Hotel Kämp (concierge personally fetched out luggage from other hotel at no surcharge), rooms are exceptionally clean and feature a nice Nordic modern interior. Stylish lighting system, allowing you to set the mood and control lights perfectly. The in-house breakfast and coffee place (also open to external guests) had great quality items and was reasonably priced. SPA area features steam, sauna and small pool as well as a ice bath - all of which is new and well maintained. Would recommend this hotel as the best one in town (including over Kämp).
