The villa was absolutely beautiful: bright, clean, and surrounded by tropical gardens. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen; it gave me the freedom to cook whenever I wanted. The garden pool was stunning, always clean and quiet. I spent hours there soaking up the sun with a good book. The beach was only a short walk away, and it was perfect for morning swims. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The area was full of great restaurants with local charm. Everything felt relaxed, safe, and welcoming. I left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to return.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The suite I stayed in was modern, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a kitchen that had everything I could possibly need. The garden pool area was stunning and very well maintained, it felt like a little oasis right in the middle of the city. I loved how close the beach was; I could walk there in just a few minutes. Every morning, I enjoyed a quiet swim before heading out to explore the local shops and restaurants. The location was perfect. Close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were polite and always available to help. It’s such a great place for solo travelers who want comfort and convenience. I left completely relaxed and already planning my return.

This hotel was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. My studio was spacious, with a modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and flowering plants. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. I loved that the beach was so close, just a few minutes’ walk. There were also many nice restaurants and cafes nearby, which made dining out easy. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I always felt safe walking around. Everything was spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained.

Our girls’ trip to Punta Cana was unforgettable thanks to this hotel. We loved lounging by the rooftop pool during the day and heading to the beach in the afternoon. Our suites were modern and cozy, and the balconies were perfect for chatting late into the night. Breakfast was delicious every morning and gave us energy for exploring. I spent a week at this hotel and didn’t want to leave. The studio I stayed in had a small balcony that overlooked the garden, and it was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The pool was surrounded by tropical greenery and always kept clean. The beach was only a few minutes away, so I went there almost every day. The area had plenty of restaurants with fresh seafood and local dishes. The hotel was peaceful, even though it was in the city center. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Everything was so well thought out, from the design to the service.

We were delighted with this hotel. The terrace was a lovely place to enjoy the evenings. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially the American-style dishes. Complimentary parking and free WiFi were both convenient. Its prime location near Arena Gorda Beach made it perfect for us.

    The property is as beautiful as on the pictures. The Staff is overly sympathetic and also very attentive and professional - everywhere. Lots of activities in the property throughout the day and into the evening. Classy atmosphere, where the guests enjoy the all-inclusive without abusing. Only very few, calm children. The food is very fresh, good and varied, yet do not expect a Michelin Star (in none of the four restaurants).

    Definitely not a Five Star Resort for European Travellers! We tried to organize a Transfer from the airport one week in advance but had no success via mail or phone. Welcoming was really bad, Staff at the reception is not friendly at all! We had our privat butler Algenis who was professional and kind, thank you! Pools and Restaurants are good. If you pay the full price, it‘s not worth it.

    I traveled and stayed here for my 40th birthday and let me just say this,THIS RESORT did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was awesome and had plenty of variety,the drinks were flowing and always on point. If you are thinking about staying here you will not be disappointed. 5 stars all around.And let me not forget the spa services were GRAND!!!!

    Our Butler, Daniel, was simply top notch. He was approachable, pro active, very communicative and he made the difference to us between an ok holiday and a good one. The buildings are superb, wonderful architecture and stylish. The service is certainly 5 star and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The Club facilities are terrific and they help everyone to just wind down and relax. Overall the vacation was very good and was only let down by a number of issues which the hotel management team should consider.
