The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely few days here enjoying the spa, restaurant and bar. We also had dinner at another hotel owned by the group, which was excellent. It was a busy weekend at the resort and we were very well looked after by the staff who organised options on and off site for us to enjoy. We loved our room too!

What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!
