We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Reception was extremely helpful and extraordinary friendly, Restaurant same and food was also awesome, breakfast as well as dinner. Fantastic stay over my birthday!!!!! Many thanks!!!

The location is at the heart of the city, within walking distance to most tourist attractions. The rooms had both a air conditioner and foyer, which was great to keep the room warm in the cold weather. We loved the bathroom which had both a shower and bath tub and never had issues with hot water.

Apartment is very spacious, modern and comfortable and in a fantastic location only a short walk from the nearest metro stop, with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. The neighbourhood has a great atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay very much. The communication from the hosts was very prompt and efficient and we didn't have any troubles with any aspect during our stay.
