The Hotel staff try their Best. Samira is very supportive and she has been very helpful. Ali working at the pool area Bar is also very well. Talent team and Vusali are also very good. The outdoor setup with the new tiling of the outdoor pool is really nice. A BBQ outside with live shows is excellent. The Steakhouse was once again an excellent experience as this is the 3rd time we have been there.

Amazing mountain views, very clean, and fully equipped. All rooms had air conditioning and a heating system, which made everything very comfortable. We had a wonderful time. The host was always responsive and helpful. The location was great, close to tourist attractions, markets, and restaurants.
