The owner sent different instructions in written way about my stay and was easy to reach by messages. Parking is at the entrance of appartments, not on the street. The representatives of the owner met us and was open for more questions via translator. Flat was stylish, comfortable. Basic breakfast in the fridge.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Everything was 10/10. The room had all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay, with a beautiful balcony where you could enjoy the view of the sea and the pool. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with no noise. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure that everything was okay. Breakfast was rich, with many options to choose from. We will definitely come back again!

Despite an issue with our reservation upon arrival, the manager went above and beyond to help us. She personally made sure we had a room, even though the hotel was fully booked. Thanks to her quick action and professionalism, everything was resolved smoothly. The staff were also incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are so friendly, the service was exceptional. I was quite surprised as to how well spoken people are here. The rooms were extremely clean and so was the spa! I absolutely loved the sauna and hammam the amenities were all included. The food was spectacular, I have quite a few allergies and the staff were so accommodating. Even though it’s quite not near the city of dures the reception team were really helpful at explaining how we could get there via public transport or even ordering a taxi. They did a price breakdown and everything. Great service guys thank you!
