The people are oustanding: at the entrance, the reception, the breakfast/ restaurant and room cleaning. Simply amazing :) Also a very good atmosphere, nicely decorated etc, centrally located for short taxi rides to most places, a free laundry self service (first time I have seen this). A place to come back again! Thank you all!

Whoever has any sense for the impact of history on our current world will love this hotel. It is beautiful, well led, and also a living reminder of the complex shadow of the "long 19th Century" (including of its dubious features like colonialism). It was also the location of one of the most famous incidents (the "flag incident") on Indonesia's path to independency, so you will literally have a comfortable room in the middle of historical reminders. Its tranquil and lush gardens surrounded by the majestic hotel wings - and the occasional flying fox gliding through the vast open hotel corridors at night - have immense beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, also thanks to the very friendly personnel. Several nights before I had a room in another high-class hotel down the same street on the 20th floor, but the noise from Surabaya's busy streets there was considerable, whereas in the Majapahit it was comfortably quiet at night. I hope that this amazing hotel and historical monument will be kept as well as it is right now for a long future, and I will happily stay there again next time in Surabaya.

Octa and Ewan were so professional and friendly to each guest. With all the staff’s help, we arranged our visit to IJen and later trips with great ease. Facilities are basic but we don’t need more.

Unfortunately, I cant remember the receptionist guy name, but he was excellent. We arrive pretty late and he even uprgraded our room we are endless thankful, for everything you greeted us with a big smile and amazing service.

Dear traveller luxury glamping se encuentra en Sidomukti, a 36 km de Parque Nacional Bromo Tengger Semeru, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y jardín. Justo en el camino de acceso a Goa Tetes, que conectan con Tumpak Sewu. Muy tranquilo. Amplia habitación. Cama cómoda. Te lavan la ropa por poco dinero. Hasta nos acercaron a sacar dinero a un ATM en moto de forma totalmente desinteresada. El personal es muy discreto y servicial. Hay un par de sitios cerca para comer.

Reservamos a último momento después de haber amado nuestra estancia en Zzz Malang, ¡y wow! la misma vibra relajada. Ara fue súper amable y nos ayudó a planear la siguiente parte del viaje. Los baños compartidos estaban siempre limpios y con todo lo necesario. Incluso nos enviaron recomendaciones de cafeterías por WhatsApp.
