This is an amazing property with cute cabins and all the facilities. The pool was nicely kept. The fruit provided from the crop was extra special. All the staff was helpful. Great area but need a vehicle or taxi for access to Sámara. Such a peaceful place to stay. It was nice to hear that this was also funding support for the tree regrowth.

The cabins were great. So cleaned and looked after. The host was amazing, very friendly, and helped us with recommendations of places to check around the area. The accommodation is not far from Playa Potrero (stunning beach and area). We were near all the restaurants but the hotel was hidden in nature. We loved absolutely everything about this place. The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Carrillo Beach. We only stayed 1 night and enjoyed the experience. Room was bigger than any other we stayed in, in CR. Breakfast was good and staff were too.

Walk to beach pleasant across mangrove swamp on raised walkway. Owner and staff very pleasant, knowledgeable of area, and helpful. Restaurant area good place to relax during day with a beer or coffee. Not open for dinner although this may be changing. Accommodations very attractive, clean and well maintained although bathroom lighting in our unit at least was inadequate. Good size bathroom with lots of hot water for shower.

At the hotel every room comes with a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a patio with pool view. Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.
