The absolute beachfront bungalow provides an absolute stunning view of the beautiful lagoon which is right on our door step. The garden rooms including a stand alone one bedroom family room provide a partial lagoon and beach view. It is difficult to take a photo of an island paradise and do it justice. Tai Roto is a truly amazing place to stay. The staff are like one big family make you feel like you are part of it. The attention to detail with the room presentation and the breakfast served to you room each morning is fit for Kings and Queens which we certainly felt like. Yes the internet is not the best but you would spoil your holiday if you had it. There’s the Koru cafe a short walk up the road if you need access. Enjoy the isolation from the outside world..it’s truly an experience

We had an incredible experience at Aitutaki Village! Robyn and the entire team were absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a last-minute trip, and choosing Aitutaki Village turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and right near where the lagoon tours depart. Insider tip: Book your lagoon tour with Bishop's Cruises. Not only do you get a discount for staying at Aitutaki Village, but it’s also one of the best tour options around. While some companies have fancier boats, Bishop’s allows for more time on One Foot Island, which was a highlight for us. The on-site Blue Lagoon restaurant was another standout. Delicious food and refreshing drinks with a view you can't beat—highly recommend the vegetarian curry! We also loved being just a short walk from Koru Café and renting a moped from The Beach Hut made exploring the island so much fun. All in all, this was a 10/10 trip. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Aitutaki Village to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in paradise.
