Very comfortable room with nice balcony and pool view. Robin and Nana at the reception were real angels, arranged free upgrade for us, because we booked by mistake a room that we not wanted. Ba Na hills excursion also perfect arranged for us by Robin and Nana. An Italian restaurant belongs to the hotel, super pizza.

Wow! I seriously could not recommend this place more! If you are looking at this review, don’t hesitate and just book this resort! Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful at every time of the day/night, especially the receptionists Phuong and Khuyen. They really were one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met! They helped us so much in every situation and made sure our stay was perfect. In the beginning we were not sure if we want to stay here because it was a bit out of town, but actually that makes this resort even better. At night it's very quiet and calm and they have free shuttles running many times a day to the beach and the ancient town. Thank you so so much for this amazing stay, if we come back to Hoi An we will 100% come back here!

The staff is soooo helpfull and welcoming. They helped with tours and train tickets and taxi. They provide free bikes so you can go around. The room is just perfect. The pool is nice. The breakfast was really nice. Many choices, fruits. We were there for 3 nights and we loved it There is an amazing coffee shop close to it, with great smoothie bowls (rosies caffe)

Everything. The room is very spacious and they even gave us an upgrade upon arrival. The staff is very helpful and always there to assist. The tasty breakfast buffet changes everyday with bacon, avocado and other fresh products. Because the hotel is located just outside of the centre (5 min), the area and view are beautiful.

The best place I stayed in Vietnam so far. Very close to old town. Nice quiet area. Lovely big room, with massive comfortable bed! Staff very professional and helpful. They also did my laundry. Breakfast soo tasty. Definitely best choice in Hoi An for the value. Thank you!!

Nghê Prana Villa is a very nice hotel with a pool with a beautiful view. The breakfastbuffet is delicious and especially the two ladies in the reception are very kind. The hotel is outside the center of charming (and busy) Hoi An, but with the free bikes it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. Great place to stay!
