Nice hotel at the heart of the Hanois old quarter. Clean, comfy beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hà. She gave as very helpful tips about best money exchange and some places to eat and visit. 10 min walk to the lake and also to the famous train station. If you have some trips bus stops just in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops and famous restaurants and right next to Hoan Kiem. Good location and friendly staff. They offer a very flexible early check in at 10:30 am and help me to keep our luggage after we checked out.
