Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

I recently stayed at Jungle Villa Resort in Kasara, and it was an incredible experience! This is truly one of the best resorts in the area. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and has an amazing river view, which makes it a perfect spot for nature lovers. Its location right next to the national park gives a unique opportunity to spot wildlife like deer, rhinos, alligators, and even peacocks right from the comfort of the resort. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a sundown drink by the river, followed by an entertaining cultural event featuring the traditional Tharu Dance. The jungle safari and village walk were the highlights of my trip, offering an authentic glimpse into the local culture and wildlife. The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Jungle Villa Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Kasara.

After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Highly recommended!! Best stay in Chitwan!!!! There is a lovely garden with trees🌲 flowers💐and birds🦜 Veryyyyy friendly and helpful staff. Boss is sooo nice, he also took us to local market which is an unforgettable experience. We danced, ate ice cream and had a lot of fun. Will definitely be back next time. Perfect is not enough to describe my stay. If I ever come back to Chitwan, it will probably be because of this homestay. - Not only the host but his whole family is welcoming and helpful. We can't thank them enough. (1) The host always went out of his way to assist us even for the smallest things. (2) Local food is a bit salty for our taste, so we asked his mom to cook us dinner. It's easily the best meal we had in our whole trip in Nepal. Simple but hearty. (3) I got a headache due to the chill, so his father gave me his own pills, which made the headache vanish like it never existed. - Room is super clean with nice view from balcony, and just a short walk to the national park entrance and town. We literally saw a rhino walking by the front door one afternoon in the most laid-back manner ever. - Price is super cheap compared to what you get in return. - Breakfast is simple (just toast with egg, butter / jam and banana), but delicious. My partner cannot stop talking their amazing butter. - Communication was prompt and smooth. - I booked the tour here as well. The price is reasonable, and we got 2 wonderful knowledgeable guides.

When I arrived i had a nice surprise the owner came to collect me from the bus station which I thought was very kind . My room overlooks a beautiful garden the staff are friendly and there’s a very nice menu too . Everything is just perfect I’m very happy .

After walking around the area, I realized that I had chosen the best accommodation possible. Everything was great. You can reach the beach by walking for 15 minutes. Access to tourist centers was very easy. The area was quiet and pleasant. The behavior of the staff, especially Mr. Kumari himself, was wonderful. Tours that were worth offering in terms of price. If I could, I would spend only 3 or 4 more days in the residence. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. If you travel to this area. No need to go to another restaurant.
