This is one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed in. I didn’t want to leave. The photos really don’t do it justice. The baths are just beautiful. The staff are so helpful. I would love to return one day.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We enjoyed every moment—from the staff, the ambiance, the room, and the place as a whole. A special mention goes to the dinner we had at the hotel, prepared by Chef Kenya Akita, who undoubtedly deserves three Michelin stars. Chef Akita, a Japanese culinary artist, trained for 13 years in France at a Michelin-starred restaurant before returning to Japan to adapt his extensive culinary expertise to the local cuisine. Every dish was outstanding, both in terms of flavors and aesthetic presentation. The meal was simply extraordinary. Don’t miss it!

Fantastic location, very quiet and relax. Host is polite and helpful. Easy to come from Onomichi. Good bicycle riding.

Lovely quiet location with all the amenities needed. A beautiful property with excellent facilities and a great host, who made sure we understood how to access the building and checked later that we were happy and didn't need any help operating equipment etc. as most instruction were in Japanese BUT we all have Google Translate now .... don't we .... so not a problem.

It was beautiful, such a glorious place to stay after a day cycling! The view is unbeaten, the interior traditional but luxurious.

Best set up for families considering a different experience in Hiroshima. Amazing Sauna next to a nearly private beach to cool it off. Picking fruits from Lemon trees also great activity for kids. Highly recommend for family who can drive and want to explore the country side of Hiroshima! Definitely will revisit again .

Yaju-san and his wife (and Pooh) were absolutely lovely, they both speak English and Yaju-san even speaks some french!! I was made very welcome and they were able to recommend me a very good Izakaya close by where I could eat dinner. The rooms were spotless and I slept like a log on the very comfortable bed. I cannot recommend enough this place. ありがとうございました、すてきなへやとかいぞく
