Lovely spacious room with gorgeous view over Palm Beach. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay there. Great cafe (Sunset) next door. The bus stop is right outside.

Everything. From the moment we arrived in front of hotel, until the moment we left the hotel back to airport. Sublime service. The very polite lady from the bell desk even continue waived us good byes accros the street! That was really touched our hearts. We have been around the world staying in top luxury resorts and hotels, but we never encountered such personal attention and care to their guests! Simply amazing service culture! Super pretty & cosy airbnb + private open-air onsen + private sauna! The host also provided an amenities bag per guest (which even included a facial mask - the skincare kind, non-disposable razor, body sponge etc etc) , free drinks and snacks! It was amazing. Oh the toilet even had cleansing oil + emulsion + lotion + face wash!! And hair straightener. Wow. I've stayed at 8 accoms in Kyushu & this accoms was the absolute best. 10/10 will stay again when I come back to Fukuoka.

We are frequent family travellers in Japan, and so far, this was the best apartment hotel for families or groups that we have stayed. It was a unique experience for us, particularly, the Japanese ambience and style located in the heart of a city which was also the best part of it. Every members of the family enjoyed every single day because if its comfort, with individual privacy and we were able to sleep well after a long day of tour and shopping. Beddings were clean, the AC worked well, 2 shower rooms with adequate water supply are perfect for groups not to keep us waiting. They have a small but complete kitchen, we were able to heat or cook our meals in the morning. Every detail of how it was designed and constructed was so efficient and the quality materials are impressive. They also have a lift and location of the apartment was just near the shopping areas and convenient stores.

Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Subway Station, Hotel New Otani Hakata provides elegant accommodation with 6 restaurants and a Japanese tea room.
