The staff is exceptional and I would like to thank them for taking great care of their guests. The room was spacious, with a great view of the lake, there’s an onsen in the hotel which you can enjoy, and the breakfast is abundant, so even if you’re not very into Japanese style of breakfast, you’ll surely find something for yourself.

The hotel located just next to Lake Akan, few minutes walk from bus station and easy to reach. View from my room is well worthy as well. And, I love the wood engraving gallery of Mr. Masamitsu Takiguchi very much, it delivers the spirit of Ainu. On the other hand, qualitiy of buffet and indoor onsen is reasonable. (we did not go to the outdoor one.)

It has a roof top onsen where both male and female can relax together, not many onsen allow family soaking in warm pool together. The best part can view the stars and enjoy the cold breeze on your face while soaking in warm pool. Ideal for family.

It is a huge hotel with 2 wings & with onsen in each wing. The room is huge and clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a wide spread of variety, it has different cuisine, like Japanese, Chinese & Western. The hotel is along Lake Akan with beautiful lake view. It is within walking distance to Akan Cruise Centre, Bokke, Ainu Kotan, etc. My children loved everything about the hotel and we will definitely go back again
