The staff was very polite and the stay was very comfortable during the entire tenure, requirements if any, were fulfilled by the staff at the same time. Mr. David was so cooperative there and he has the required experience also. Recommended to all who want a comfortable stay.

This property is in the airport compound itself as they mentioned in the address which is near the Niloufer cafe and opposite pillar number 11. In such a place, you can always expect a great stay without any question. Price is a bit high for obvious reason but as I had to catch a early morning flight; so I preferred to stay here. Like in the airport, there is also a security check before you enter in this hotel. Inside; it was really peaceful. Wifi speed is fine.

Firstly, I booked this hotel as its nearby to airdrop and that was the main reason but when I checked in Isha manager responsible for many things gave me a complimentary premium lounge access the staff was very courteous in the lounge they served cocktails beers n whiskey I was awestruck at the fast service by the staff they were very friendly and asked me every ten minutes if am fine with the service or not they even bought me fresh corn salad which was complimentary I will recommend Novotel airport to anyone who wants to stay here and I thank Dinesh n isha for the hospitality. Thank you so much will surely book n stay at this hotel
