Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you

Breakfast and dinner were both amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again. Also, a special shout out to the person working at the coffee bar thing in reception who kept my boyfriend company when I was napping.
