The family-run place is wonderful, with owners who are friendly, helpful, and went out of their way for us. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the property and overall, it was a very good experience. The house has the most amazing view possible. It is well designed, and was very clean. We stayed for a week, and it was all quiet and pleasant. The beach is 5 mins away and the sea is very clean, and nice. There are restaurants, cafes, markets around, and even a farm where you can buy fresh veggies and egss. The owners are very helpful, and friendly, we are amazed with their hospitality. 🙏🏻 We have already recommended the place to all our family and friends. We are looking for the next opportunity to come back. Perfect choice for people looking for some peace and quite.

We came for the first time this otel from Türkiye and we really liked this hotel , staff are very kind they are smilling always good rooms , very clean hotel. Very good cleaning, stuff is stunning they had excelent service, every single stuff member was so kind and nice! Very good facilities. And the breakfast every morning offered a huge assortment of cheeses, breads, eggs, pastries, juices, omelette, etc and was the absolute best way to start the day.

Villa Notia was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. Its a spacious old house in the village of Eretria, renovated and decorated with great taste. The small patio with the large table is an excellent place for a meal and for relaxing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it convenient for a larger group. We didnt use the living room as it was summer, but it also looked very comfortable.

The property overlooks the sea. It is fully equipped and a 10 minutes stroll will take you right around the main bay road. There are three taverna's, and two reasonably sized mini markets for any needs. We were lucky in that the weather was exceptional and there were very few tourists and the Greek school were still in attendance. Be advised a car hire is recommended because the transfer time from Mytilene is approximately 90 minutes. Overall a lovely quiet and peaceful resort.

The listing is situated in a ideal location, very close to the town and the beach. We stayed in the small house next to the main building. Super calm, privacy guaranteed in a large space. Ionna, the attendant, is a wonderful and responsive person who gave us accurate information when we needed. Highly recommended.
