Beautiful property. Wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the outdoor cooking area and we truly felt surrounded by the jungle. Lots of lovely touches within the property- water in a cooler/ fridge/ outdoor cooking area/ helpful booklet on surrounding area and lovely decor. The water stopped working which was not an issue as our hosts resolved the problem immediately we notified them.

awesome location and very nice cabins, staff very helpful and friendly, the tours were organized very professional, food was amazing, family run business, hike through the rainforest, boots are free to rent

We loved everything .We stayed here 5 years ago so returned with friends, this time. We were all very impressed with the professional staff and their friendliness and willingness to help us out.The morning nature tour was magnificent, saw plenty of wildlife and our guide Talvo was informed and so helpful and knowledgeable and had a lovely persona.Accomodation was very good, housekeeping changed sheets after 2 nights, plenty of towels and a good shower. We ate in the canteen for all meals except one.We went out to the local town one night for dinner and was very disappointed. Meals were excellent in the canteen and good value.La Selva is a very special place and if you are interested in wildlife put this on your itinerary, you won't be disappointed

Clean, great staff, the surrounding environment is beautiful. There are plenty of birds and you can also go on walking trails. The breakfast is really good.

Mostly the birds, which is what we were in the area for, but didn't expect so many at the hotel. We had several bird photo opportunities there. Gardens everywhere. Also enjoyed the pool. Nice place with modern facilities. Even has a decent gift shop.

Wendy was really helpful, lots of advice and organised a great white water rafting trip. Extra for breakfast was worth it!
