Very welcoming host, understanding with a late check in, she waited for us for a couple of hours from what we agreed, as we had some difficulties in the airport. She arranged us transport to the airport much cheeper then what the airport taxis charge.

Everything about this hotel is simply amazing - the location - very safe, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff is very polite, rooms are big and super clean, the breakfast is with various choices and there is something for everybody, the best breakfast we had during our stay in Colombia. The food in the restaurants is also very nice. I would always come back!
