A great hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to restaurants and the parking was by the hotel. When it got cold they fire was lit and we enjoyed a comfortable couple of hours reading by it. I would stay again.

The view from this cabin is absolutly spectacular. Likely the best in Panguipulli. Cabin is on smaller side, but everything is new. Minimal kitchenet, but owners has plan to improve. Beds were super comfortable. Location is great and very quiet.
