I have had a perfect stay here. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beatiful surroundings. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Good connection to Lucerne City centre and to Mt. Pilatus cable car. Very friendly and attentive staff and hotel manager.

This place is incredibly comfortable, spacious, and cozy, all while being affordable. During our trip to Luzern, Switzerland, we stayed here for three days. Silvia provided us with a comfortable bed and a welcoming space, as well as delicious breakfasts each morning. We had great conversations with Silvia about Switzerland and neighboring countries, and we were able to enjoy wonderful evenings with our traveling companions in the spacious and pleasant accommodations. Luzern is truly a beautiful and delightful city, and staying here made our memories of Luzern even more special.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. Definitely come back again and will recommend to the friends.

    Despite the rain there was still so much to enjoy at the hotel. We had the junior sweet and was so nice looking out of the opened balcony watching the rain with an incredible view. So peaceful. The pool and spa is incredible. Great for young children and the sauna area is amazing for adults. We would stay again.

    Great location high up over Hergiswil with lovely views. room was on the small side but very clean and perfectly functional - bathroom was also very clean. staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, mainly cold buffet style with plenty of choice.

    They have multiple options for fruit and breads, good spread of breakfast .Staff is very cooperative and frienldy. they speak english..View from the room is mesmerzing, overall excellent for family stay. Train station is also 4-5 mins walk.

    Checkin and checkout are very fast. Location is close to the highway while in transit between cities. The area has all kinds of necessity facilities in walking distance during working hours. It has a direct view of the lake. There is a children’s park walking distance from the place. There is an outside sitting area by the lake on a sunny day. It’s on the quieter side of town. The view from the room is nice.

    Our family stayed here for one night in March. The hotel is first line at the lake, has amazing views. We loved the pool, breakfast and fondue Chinoise for dinner. The room was clean, beds were comfy.

    The location was great! Excellent breakfast with a large variety. Large selection of breads, cheeses, even smoked salmon etc. Breakfast could be eaten indoors, outside on a terrace or under trees right on the lake with a wonderful view. I booked a single room and even though it was small, the room was very functional. And...the price was right!
