We loved the surroundings and staff. Rooms are a little older, but very clean and comfortable. Pool was really nice and well maintained. River tubing was fun, but a little hike to get to the entry and exit. We rented a car and drove from Belize City. Was easy to find, but road to the lodge was a bit rough and steep. Missed my AWD/4X4 on the last 2 miles. Meals there were excellent. We did not do the all inclusive. Overall it felt like a land based cruise where our family could do individual things during the day and we could meet up for meals and time at the pool easily.

The property was spotless and had lovely touches like coffee,sugar and even paper kitchen towel. Leda the property manager was so helpful and friendly as were all the cleaners and Abby the maintenance man . Had almost everything we needed. Quite central to the town and we even had food delivered. The Air con was very welcomed too as well as the ceiling fans. There is a small roof top pool with outside table and chairs and towels to use for the pool. We would book again without a doubt. We felt very secure with it being within surrounding wall and punch code lock to doors. Also we made use of the safe.

Owner met us on arrival and was very helpful letting us know about the property facilities. The location was great, very easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and also very handy for the Mayan attractions nearby. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying in this delightful bungalow in Belize, and it was an absolute dream. Beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The owner welcomed us to her little slice of paradise and truly left no detail overlooked. Although the location is slightly removed from the city center, the owner provided helpful details and recommendations for reliable taxi services and food delivery options, making it easy for guests without a car to enjoy their stay. Everything. Melanie, Larry and the team treated us more like family than guests. They organised all our trips and activities, at no extra cost, even after we changed our plans. The location was perfect, like an oasis in the jungle, the pool was fantastic and the room was very tastefully decorated with everything we could need.

We tried almost the full menu and it was delicious. Great service, waitresses were so sweet and kind. Staff were always trying to make your vacation great and easy. They have so many attractions and things to do onsite. Affordable.
