A beautiful house, very great and lovingly furnished, everything was thought of. The hosts are very friendly and kind! The environment is also perfect, away from the noise of the cities you only hear nature and animals, just wonderful. There is a lot to do in the area with little effort. Grand entrance from the street… this castle is impressive. It was cold out but the place was warm and welcoming. Both wings have their own staircase. Every room has a high ceiling which makes it feel so spacious. The owners have put a lot of thought into the decor, so much to appreciate. Breakfast is top notch. There’s a great bike room at the back of the gorgeous garden. You are in the middle of the town but it feels like you are in the countryside.

Magical! From the moment you arrive, it feels like you leave all your worries at the door. Alexander is the kind of host everyone dreams of genuinely welcoming, attentive, and perfectly in tune with what guests need. He’s always available for any questions and makes you feel right at home. The place itself is bright, clean, and wonderfully spacious. We stayed there while attending an event for my brother nearby, so unfortunately didn’t have much time to explore Alexander’s thoughtful local recommendations but we absolutely plan to next time. Highly recommended! My family and I are already looking forward to our return.

Beautiful house, modern but absolutely charming, very clean and with all amenities provided, just like home. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we really appreciated to be able to do some laundry after our 14 days theme parks tour! Kathleen is a wonderful host, and we appreciated very much all the little plus. ( I won’t spoil it though, it must remain a pleasant surprise for the guests) The location is very calm and charming, however you will find all that you need, shops, cafes and cycling paths within a few kilometers by car, it’s also close to De Panne beach and Plopsaland De panne, with its wonderful roller coaster The ride to happiness, and it’s roughly an half an hour drive from Brugge and Ostend. I fully recommend this beautiful and large house for a family of 3/5 people, it’s really worth the money.
