Very clean, large comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant and the town was cute. The spa was nice and nobody else used it. We really enjoyed everything about our stay

Everything! We had our very own apartment with amazing patio balcony and fantastic views. Restaurant and bar exceptionally high standard of finish. Very modern The manager Walter is now actually Walter the third and spoke perfect English. He was a fantastic host and really boosted our holiday with information and touring route advice etc. You can see the love that has gone into this facility over the three Walter generations. We’ve since contacted Walter 3 to compliment him on his outstanding facility and hospitality

That was the most beautiful and unique hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything felt like something from a fairytale. The room was spacious, featuring a large king bed, a huge bathroom, and a fantastic view from the balcony. Very chic. The spa was also extensive, with numerous saunas and relaxation rooms. The pool was also amazing, especially the outdoor area with a river view. The breakfast was delicious, and with so many choices, we had an awe-inspiring dinner. The service was exceptional. A short walk to the Lienz Christmas market was the cherry on top. We strongly recommend it, and my husband and I plan to return for a retreat to enjoy the beauty of it all. Thank you.

It was an incredible weekend! We spent Christmas with our family in the most beautiful place. The first thing I would like to note is the friendliness owner of the house Daniela. A very nice woman met us near the house and left us a small present in our room. They also have a small farm where you can go after breakfast 🙂 The room has all the amenities, the kitchen had all the utensils. Since these were holidays, the shops were closed, but Daniela also kindly helped us; you can buy bread, eggs from her, and even ask for oil if you suddenly forgot to bring it with you. The house has a beautiful sauna, you can book in advance and have a pleasant time there. I’d like to note what an amazing view we had from our balcony, it was incredible. The room is spacious, just perfect for 5 people. I think that we will comeback in the summer to this piece of Paradise.

Staff were exceptional. Lift was on hold, so the lady on the front desk carried our suitcase to 4th floor without any hesitation.

The location, the friendly warm staff, the delicious food and a wonderful breakfast and dinner. The view out the room was wonderful and the restaurant seating outside was just perfect.
