The place is very well organised and you have stunning views of Lake Sevan. We just stayed one night so difficult to rate all features of this place but we were very satisfied with our choice. The guesthouse for 4 people was clean and warm featuring a French window overlooking the lake, it had everything we needed. There was an option to order breakfast which we didn't use.

Located in Sevan, Rancho on Sevan beach by HV offers accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

Everything was really great. Nice big room, many restaurants, 3 beaches.Staff is very friendly, they prepared breakfast packs because we left early morning.

An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and sauna, Noy Land Resort is set on the bank of Lake Sevan. The resort has BBQ facilities, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
