Loved the full experience. The place was magical for a calm day or two. The decorations and attention to details. The views just magnificent. The room was équiped with everything we might need. Breakfast was good as well. Finally and most importantly, I can't thank the stuff enough, the whole family loved how friendly and helpful they are and that's everyone without any exceptions! They all went above and beyond whether from finding places and gems around the region, to explaining the food etc.

Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! The host is very welcoming and the food is delicious, both diner and breakfast. Very highly recommended for everyone looking for a special night at an unbeatable place!

Very professional and informative check in - best in Armeni yet. Early check in, upgrade to a room with a river view made for a great stay. Local hike from the door possible and map even provided. Private Sauna with Cold Plunge pool arranged with an hour's notice. Swimming pool a rare treat. Breakfast was different to the usual with a range of cooked egg options. Mushroom salad was delicious. Dinner and drinks not overpriced even though upmarket accomodation.

We had a great time staying for one night at Debatoun, where we met the owners (Svetlana and her husband) who have created an incredibly lovely space! The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, and everything was super clean. We arrived when it was snow outside, still inside the room it was very warm and cozy, and the aunties were very cute and prepared very tasty food. I cannot say enough, just don’t hesitate to stay here!

We found everything about Iris B&B exceptional, our host Irina was very helpful, and the food she cooked for us the best we have ever had at a B&B. The location is ideal for visiting the many attractions in the area, and as cat lovers the friendly outdoor cats around the property were a bonus. We have many fond memories of our stay here.
