From the moment we arrived, the host and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the old town market and a variety of restaurants. Both the hotel and our room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and we especially enjoyed the delicious Banh Mi served with tea and fresh fruit. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hoi An.

2nd time staying here after 7 years! The place is still as fantastic as before! Just next to the beautiful An Bang beach and 10 minutes away from Hoi An town. The rooms are all very clean and comfortable. Tien and Thanh always as beautiful, friendly and helpful as always. Also had a good catch up with Lana the owner. The new Ken restaurant also serves good vegetarian food. Will I return? Of course! No doubt!

Stayed 4 nights here and what a wonderful hotel this was. Right from the start we were assisted by the lovely Nancy during our whole stay. She booked trips, shuttles, gave lots of info… Everything we needed to feel right at home. The food was also great and the rooms were luxurious and clean.

We stayed here 7 nights and it was one of the best stays we have ever had. The staff is super kind, attentive to details and helpful. We felt their care at every step. As a family, we really enjoyed the location. Outside the noisy town but easy to reach by a free shuttle bus in 15 minutes. Free bikes are an additional advantage to explore surounded area.

The location was a around 2km outside the city and in a calm neighborhood. I would not recommend walking to the city but you can borrow the bycicle for free (10 Minutes) or take a taxi. The staff is very attentive and give a lot of ideas on what to do in Hoi An.
