Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the room, we don’t have a single complaint. We sadly couldn’t use the pools provided as the weather was awful during our stay, but they looked lovely, clean & well maintained. The gym was more than satisfactory & never too busy.
The little shop on the floor of building B was amazing; stocked with everything we could need & very convenient.
Room service was affordable, quick & tasty - especially the Lava cake.
Our suite was absolutely everything we could want & more; amazing TV, comfy sofa, comfy bed & pillows, amazing bathroom (rainfall shower & bathtub, heated toilet) and even a washer/dryer machine. As a couple who have been travelling for 3 months, this was an amazing touch. Even when the drying element stopped working, the team at Fraser Suites replaced the entire machine within an hour. Faultless service and 10/10 experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and wanted to stay more, but had some changes of our plans…but! I want to say that it’s the best place we stayed in Vietnam so far. If we come back to Hanoi, we’ll definitely choose only this apartment!
Rooms are large, everything is clean, staff is amazing! OMG they are literally the kindest and understanding people! I was amazed by service and the price was reasonable.

What an amazing stay! The room was spacious and felt like a stylish apartment, with a kitchenette and washing machine that made everything so convenient. The staff were wonderful, always ready to help, and Tom at the front desk was outstanding — he organised all my tours and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing, even before check-in. The upgrade to a lake view room with a tea tasting was such a thoughtful surprise and made the experience extra special.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
