It was a quaint little boutique hôtel tucked in the busy street of Haon Kiem. Everything around the property was at walking distance and super convenient. The hôtel staff were extremely kind and helpful - providing us with a smooth early check-in. Henry at the front desk helped us with some recommandations for places to try and check out. All in all though we stayed for just one night - they even helped us arrange transport for our cruise and the opportunity to keep our bags while we waited to board our next flight. Manager Dinh Lee was extremely kind and helpful and was always available for any help or information

They upgraded us for free, to a very nice room. This was the first place we stayed after reaching Vietnam, and we had so much help from Kate, who really helped us a lot, by planning our visit, booking tours, buses and so on!

Everything was perfect. Friendly stuff, good breakfast, The room is well decorated. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Stay in the Heart of the Action I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly embodied the essence of being in the midst of all the excitement. Located conveniently close to the famous Beer Streets, it was an ideal choice for those who enjoy being right in the center of the action. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness from the hotel staff. We had initially booked a room without a balcony, but to our delight, they kindly offered us a beautiful room with a balcony instead. The balcony boasted a stunning view and was incredibly spacious. I want to express my sincere gratitude for this kind gesture, as it truly enhanced our experience. The bed in the room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, one aspect that we greatly appreciated was the fact that throughout our travels in Vietnam, the elevators always operated without the incessant bell sound. This was a small detail, but it made a significant difference in ensuring a peaceful evening without constantly hearing the elevator from our room. The location of the hotel was undeniably its standout feature, placing us right in the heart of the bustling city. The convenience of being so close to the lively Beer Streets was unbeatable, as it allowed us to easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Countless dining options, bars, and entertainment venues were just steps away from the hotel, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during our stay. The friendly and accommodating staff, the generous upgrade to a room with a balcony, and the comfortable bed all contributed to an great stay. The central location, particularly in close proximity to the lively Biers Streets, made it an ideal choice for those who thrive on being in the midst of the action. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the hotel for making our time in the city truly memorable.
