The Grand Mercure is, in my opinion, one of the best hotels in Hanoi. My stay was really luxurious and you get that little extra comfort and professionalism that you pay for. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even got an early check-in and a beautiful room on the 14th floor with a breathtaking view over Hanoi. What more could you ask for. The quality of the breakfast was also extremely good with a wide variety. If you are looking for a luxurious place to relax after a busy day in Hanoi, this is definitely the place to be.

It's a perfect place among local life in Hanoi Quiet, clean, and peaceful Khiem, the owner, is an amazing person who will tell you interesting things about the country and the city, show the highest level of hospitality, and treat you with love and care! He is very creative, and we really enjoyed our conversations about poetry and languages! The apartment was perfect with everything on hand if you wished to cook. Numerous cafe's close by and a shopping mall within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter is only a 35,000vnd grab taxi away which I have stayed in many occasions. Glad I chose this apartment and the young lady on reception (Ngọc Anh) was extremely helpful many thanks. Overall worth every penny, from the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness to reception. See you again before and after my visa run.
