When looking at hotels, the things I consider most important are comfortable bedding, a clean and well-functioning bathroom, and a good location. All three were excellent in this hotel. The bedding was so comfortable and cozy, and the water in the bathroom flowed well. The hotel was located right next to the cable car station, so it was very convenient to visit Fisherman's Wharf and other tourist attractions. There were also many restaurants and department stores within walking distance, which was great. While other hotels in Union Square might have similar advantages, what made this hotel even more special was the kindness of the staff. From Tony, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and helped with the check-in process and luggage, to Darryl, who checked on us and gave us tips about San Francisco throughout our short stay of 2 nights and 3 days. Thanks to Tony and Darryl, this hotel became one of the best I have ever stayed in. If I visit San Francisco again in the future, I will definitely come here. I hope I can see Tony and Darryl again then. Thank you very much.

The location is excellent! It's in the city center, quite a good area and everything is within walking distance. The room was also great without any issues, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

The room was big, clean, and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. We enjoyed unlimited champagne and bottled water each day. The staff was incredibly friendly and answered all our questions. Although the location could have been better, taxis were very affordable, making it easy to get around. Plus, there was a lovely brunch café nearby.

Everything was perfect. One of the best things is that unlike many other places we stayed during our visit of the West Coast is that breakfast and all drinks and snacks were included. Breakfast was simply great! The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean! This place is a gem.
