Location of hotel was very convenient to reaching other parts of Manhattan. Our room was quiet as requested. The room size was larger than expected. Beds were comfortable. The maintenance staff was very helpful in fixing our in-room safe. Overall a nice comfortable stay.

Great location on the Upper West Side, one of the quiet neighborhoods of NYC. It feels like being local. I had a few issues with the original room I got, and they immediately changed it to another one. The team was fantastic. highly recommended!
