Second stay in a nearly perfect hotel: sleek design, absolute comfort and memorable customer service from the staff. The location is as peerfect as can be: 2 steps from a metro and a busy street, but far enough to be quiet and enjoying one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Taipei. I just wish it had an onsen and/or a pool.

Excellent quality of service. Hotel is in a good place close to public transport. Breakfast was delicious and consists of many different things. Bed was super comfy and I enjoy every moment inside our hotel room. Also the hotel staff members really do they job perfectly. They treated us very well. Thank you very much.

This is a very good hotel in this category. The outside looks quite boring but the inside of the hotel is very nice and cosy. The family room we booked was very comfortable and big enough for the four of us. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was in my opinion above average for this type of hotel, with a very wide range of options, and everything was very fresh and well prepared. The swimming pool is also great - it surely doesn't have the charm of a rooftop pool but is very convenient, quite big, and our kids had a lot of fun.
