Great place to stay: cleanest and comfortable room, affordable price, super-generous breakfast and very rich lunch, super-professional staff (I happened to have a health issue with my daughter and they called a highly-professional doctor who reached us in less than one hour, perfectly understood the situation and gave us all we needed to get my daughter well and happy again)

Staff is sooo good! Nobody speak Russian in Tunis. But here there is a receptionist who speaks really good! Thanks to him! And thanks to the staff in restaurant they are all so lovely helped us with child especially Chibani Nahid!

good adequate breakfast to start the day. very helpful staff allowed me to exchange money later in day ( after 2 am arrival ) in order to pay my hotel bill . were flexible with rearranging my dates of stay, due to change in flight dates to algeria. also helped with printing up flight itineraries and e-visas for other group members on tour to libya. helpful in arranging transfers by taxi and bolt to airport at fair price. nice quiet location near downtown boulevard area. reasonable rates for small clean single room with good security. very happy I chose to stay here while in Tunis. El Oumara is situated near to Medina and the downtown of Tunis. It offers secured free parking lots. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpfull. WiFi is always in good quality available. The breakfast is very good and offers a lot of different food. Thanks for the great stay.

We have been to radisson hotels all over the world but the staff in Radisson Tunis make it the best Radisson hotel in the world. We were supposed to check in on our daughter’s 5th birthday. I sent a message to the hotel to ask if they can do anything for her birthday. At check in they not only updated our room to premium panorama view room but the room was already decorated with balloons, candies and birthday cake. It was such a great surprise for us and our daughter. Housekeeping manager Sana did a great job and she was also present at the check in to welcome us. Room was spacious, with huge giving panorama view of the city from the 7th floor. Both bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Hotel is brand new and its visible from every corner. Climate system worked superb. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had great sleep every night. Breakfast staff welcoming us every morning was the highlight every morning. Ala carte and buffet breakfast both were available. Great variety of hot and cold options with fresh juices. Reception staff gave great tips about sightseeing and restaurants. Location is perfect for sightseeing in city centre with many restaurants and shops nearby. On our last night we just told them at the restaurant that we did not get time to eat Tunisian food on our trip, they did not have those dishes in the menu that night, we went outside in the city Center to eat. When we came back, we got a call from restaurant and I told them that we have eaten but we did not like it much, they told us that they have especially prepared Tunisian dishes for us, I politely said no but they insisted and sent it to the room. They no doubt tasted yummy, as compared to what we ate at the restaurant outside. Their service is top notch. They went way beyond our expectations to make our stay the best stay. We will never forget how the treated us and the amazing service and hospitality from each and every member of the staff.

The location is excellent and the staff was very nice.

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy, it is very well ubicated and Ashraf, the owner, is super nice and always willing to support with everything he can.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite. The room was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport.

Rooms are big & spacious. Staff are very helpful & kind.
