The location was great. The host was brilliant. I arrived at 10pm and she organised a trip to the Phi Phi Islands for the following morning. Collection from the accommodation at 8 am. Really helpful host. The breakfast was delicious, wholesome food. The place is spotless and quiet. Great nights sleep

The Woo hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff were all so helpful. From the moment we arrived and the check in staff were so welcoming and gave us a lovely cold drink on arrival, took up our bags and explained a bit about the room and booked us a taxi to the airport when we left. The girl in the breakfast room is also super polite. The hotel is old style and absolutely spotlessly clean. The room we got was really big with a lovely big bathroom and a safety deposit box. We got complimentary snacks on arrival and water every day. The hotel couldn't have been in a better location in old town phuket near everything. The breakfast is ordered the day before from a very good selection of asian and other choices like omlettes, fried eggs, ham and cheese croissants. Loved our stay there and can't recommend it enough.
