Location is central, close to fun activities, metro, tram and restaurants. They gave the suggestions to awesome restaurants for lunch and dinner and even gave cards that offered free drinks with our meals at the restaurant.
Awesome and friendly staff.

We arrived early around noon and did an early check in. The staff is very nice and we were greeted at the elevator. (The reception is on the top floor.) the room was ready immediately. We got a free glass of port as a welcome drink. After that the host explained how to get to all the sights and printed a list of good restaurants. In the room there was a handwritten note welcoming us with a chocolate. The room itself was very roomy and modern. Even though it is right on the main shopping street and our window was next to a tourist elevator, it was very quiet inside. The breakfast is very nice although simple. In the evening we could go and drink some tea with a free piece of cake. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the price was certainly worth it.

Leo greeted us upon arrival. He was super friendly and helpful. The location is PERFECT. It is central, an easy 5 - 10 minute walk to the waterfront and old Lisbon neighbourhoods. The rooms are like small studio apartments with lovely balconies, mini kitchens and lots of space. Laundry facilities and soap were provided. Highly recommend!
