The apartment is way above the average apartment in Lisbon. There was a lot of space. It's a modern building with good facilities. They gave us a bottle of wine that was super good!

All the staff in this hotel are very polite and courteous. Very helpful too. The hotel location is great. Very clean hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of body wash and shampoo provided. There are a few supermarkets and eateries nearby. The Sete Rios bus station and metro (Jardim Zoological) in about 7-8 mins walk away. From this bus station you can take the coach to different parts of portugal. The city center is about 5-6 metro stations away. The breakfast buffet has a good spread with lovely portuguese egg tarts. I always stay here during my visit to Lisbon.

The breakfast was high quality and sufficient. Everything that needed to happen was there. The breakfast area was also comfortable and cozy. The bar and lobby were also very comfortable and high quality. Bar staff, reception and breakfast staff were also satisfactory. We felt very comfortable during our 6-day stay. By the way, we should not forget the spa facility. When I came to the hotel after a tiring trip, the massage in the spa center was also very nice. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was also very good. The place we will stay on our next trip to Lisbon is now clear.

Staff was very friendly, the local restaurant across the street they recommended was so nice I became a regular...the room was small but well organised, had everything that was required and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good, and the location excellent.

We had a very good stay at Campolide Charm apartment. The host was responsive and very helpful. We traveled as a group of friends and we were very happy as soon as we walked in!
