The workers was charming and helpful, the hotel is pampering, the food was delicious and plentiful, the manager took care of the conduct of the entire staff and the hotel perfectly. There is no doubt that I will return to this hotel and highly recommend it, an excellent experience.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning in Lisbon and they allowed us to store our bags until it was time to check in. We were even offered breakfast. The building is full of character, the room was lovely, the bed very comfortable and the shared bathroom spotless. It was very convenient to have a shared kitchen availble. The gues house is opposite a metro station and very close to lovely restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket a few meters away. We particularly enjoyed that the guest house was not in a busy touristy part of Lisbon - we could eat and shop where the locals eat and shop. The main tourist area was a short 15 minute walk away. We lost our room key and the staff was so helpful and calm. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend the guest house. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding.

Brilliant to have a generator in place during the big power outage last week, very thoughtfull!! Rooms are spacy and clean, bed was excellent in size for tall people, good matrass. Service was very tidy. Personell very helpful and friendly. Lumen Hotel Light show is very nice to see! Breakfast was excellent.

Superb location. In a pedestrianised zone so there is no traffic noise. I had a quiet, peaceful stay. Close to all the main squares for catching trams (Gloria, 12 & 28), buses and metro. Plenty of eateries around. Lovely little courtyard where I had my morning coffee and pastry. I would stay again purely for the convenience of location. Very clean.
