The location of the apartment is fantastic! It's in the center of Funchal, close to the beautiful beach, many restaurants, snack bars, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. Only a few minutes walking to the Aerobus stops as well. The property is really clean and tidy, meets our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the stay. The host Luis is very kind and helpful.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was just like the photos, the rooms might even be bigger than what the photos implied. Very spacious, tastefully decorated, calm, the kitchen has everything needed, clean, great location. Just a friendly note: A few more towels would do no harm :)

A nice and clean apartment right in the heart of Funchal. It's as comfortable as could be and everything is within the reach of a short walk. It is a somewhat on a side street so it's quiet enough at night. We stayed for ten days, had a mid term cleaning. Host comunicates very well.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. A couple of minor issues were fixed immediately (thank you Hugo). We found the beds very comfortable. We know the building/area well, so were not surprised by some traffic noise - the trade-off for being in the heart of the city. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
