Joelle was extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay super comfortable. This property is brand new. The concept of the hotel is to be protected by staff as guardian angels and they totally fulfil this task with great kindness. Hotel itself is perfectly located in the old town just a couple of mins away from everything one wants to see in beautiful Menton. Bar is open 24/7, there is always someone at the reception ready to help with whatever you need. I will definitely recommend this property and looking forward to come back there!

This hotel is STUNNING. From the minute you enter the lobby you are completely taken care of, from a porter taking your bags, to the reception directing you to your room and explaining all the things included and where best to eat, shop and sightsee. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the best shops and also close to the harbor and casino. The room was just lovey, and so clean and the bed was super comfortable too. LOVED the turn down service also..... Makes you feel spoiled! We ate at the Michelin Star - Pavilion Restaurant that's inside the hotel and aside from the food being delicious, you get the amazing sunset views over the harbor! They also offer - at a small charge - a concierge service for when you arrive and depart which I HIGHLY recommend. You are fast tracked through the airport, customs, immigration, everything. WELL WORTH IT. On a side note, we also chose for the helicopter to fly us to Monte-Carlo from Nice airport and the views are Jaw-dropping, as well as it being super fast. You are then taken to the hotel from the helipad. Definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself - the hotel can arrange the for you too. Would definitely recommend this hotel - the staff could not have more helpful and friendly and it's just a beautiful place to stay!

The apartment is lovely, well furnished and very clean. In terms of home and kitchen appliances it offers everything that you need during a vacation, whether short or long. I really appreciated the presence of a washing machine (although I didn't have time to use it) and the iron. The locations is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the city center and Les Sablettes beach. If you are travelling by train, I recommend getting off in Menton Garavan. The host also provided clear instructions on how to enter the building, apartment and garage.
