Everything was perfect. Staff was excellent and breakfast great. All three pools were great and very good location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Everything!!! We loved any aspect of the hotel. After a few days spent in the Medina (which were also great, but very intense) we loved the relaxed, peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Our room/ bungalow was very well designed, the bed and sofa were really cozy. We loved the swimming pool and the garden. Any common area of the hotel was extremely well designed and decorated. The staff was very kind and attentive. We didn’t want to leave:)

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we felt like being in paradise. It is a beautiful house on immaculate grounds, both being extremely well equipped and maintained. But the best of it all was the superb yet discreet service by Youssef and his team…always extremely friendly. Food was very good, breakfast, lunch and dinner - but also the „little extras“ such as water and mint tea&cake at the pool. We also enjoyed the opportunity of a private transport to the medina, coordinated by Youssef. Fixed price, excellent A/C vans and extremely friendly, English speaking drivers…this way you can easily combine the exciting hustle and bustle of the Medina with a relaxed stay at the quiet extended grounds at the Palmeraie.

There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.

We stayed there on the night of the earthquake that hit the central part of Morocco. As much as the experience was terrifying, we couldn't have been at a better place to got through it. The place was as safe as could be for this type of catastrophe, and most importantly, the owner and staffs who were on site and who could make it to work the next morning were stellar in the way the handled everything. They kept their cool, were reassuring and it was wholesome to witness the way the team cared for each other. A little more on the safety of the place: - the property respects anti-seismic norms, is low built (everything is ground floor), and it is fairly easy to evacuate the rooms. We were sitting on the porche of our room when it hit, and were out of perceived danger (in the middle of the garden) in a few seconds. Were we in bed, the path to evacuate to garden is completely unobstructed. -NOTHING moved inside the rooms, and that includes the decorative elements on the walls or fourniture. I admit that after spending a few hours in the garden and going through a second after-wave sometime in the middle of the night, we were so drained out that we ended going back inside and felt confident the roof was not going to fall on us. Outside of emergency contexts, I recommend the place. It is overall nice and homey, the rooms are cute and neatly kept, and I loved hanging in and around the pool.

Everything. This property is exactly as you in see the photos. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. You feel like you are walking into a beautiful marble palace, with a unique Moroccan flavour but still feeling warm and homely. The staff, the management everyone was exceptional and attentive. The family owned hotel gave a family feeling and were all lovely and attentive to making sure you have the best experience. The management and staff went above and beyond to help us have the best Stay. The breakfast was delightful and full of flavour as was the dinner. All in all an amazing experience and such an amazing place to stay and enjoy Marrakesh! Would recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is not huge and provides a really welcoming and personal touch. The room we had (with garden and small pool) was lovely. The staff really made the stay. We were so well looked after and the food was fantastic too. After a few days staying in the Medina we loved relaxing by the pool in the sunshine.
