This was the very first hotel we check in upon reaching Japan, and it was such a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, comfy bads, clean, and location is close to amenities and the station but not too close that it was peaceful and away from crowds. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of western and Japenese. Although the spread wasn't as wide as other hotels, the quality of the food was fresh and tasty. It raised our expectations for our stay in Japan but nothing came close in comparison after. Definitely our family's favourite, we'll definitely make another booking if we ever do visit Yokohama again.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a corner room at the end of the corridor, made me happy. The room was modern, clean, functional, with stylish warm-dark toned design. What I like the most was that the room had a proper desk space (as well as a mini sofa and a coffee table), as some hotels only have 'fashionable' small side tables in their rooms but I prefer having a good sized desk even when I don't 'work' during my stay. Also, a kettle worked as a pot that keeps the hot water temperature (not just boiling water) was handy.
I booked in the last minutes, and it was very low priced, so I didn't expect that much to be honest, but the whole stay here turned out wonderful. Excellent location, very comfy room, great staff, plus check out by 11:00. I have no hesitation to recommend this place for both business and pleasure.

The beds were really comfy, the room was quite big for japanese standards. It felt more like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 3 star.
The view was also really nice.
Also the young lady at the desk who made the check-in process, was very professional and spoke english very well.

Incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Wonderful design and layout of the rooms and building, very quirky and interesting! Location is rad, quiet and relaxing right near the port and some awesome parks, amenities, restaurants etc. would love to come back!
