Stayed here 1 months as family of four with two kids (4 and 5yr old). The staff is very nice, service-oriented and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and clean. A detailed scheduling of cleaning was given to us on arrival. Lot of practicalities make your stay comfortable, e.g., free tea and skin care products, free rental of board games, pajamas, umbrellas, toaster, etc. There are washing/drying machines on the 1st floor at a reasonable price. The place is well located near many restaurants, transport options, parks, a mall with an indoor playground, convenience stores, etc. A 24/7 supermarket is also very close by walking. Skytree tower, which has an aquarium and another indoor playground, is not far either (one station away or a 25 mins walk).

Excellent hotel. The room size is exceptional for Tokyo standards and was perfectly good for a family of two parents and two children. The room and the hotel are spotless clean. The staff is super nice and super welcoming. There is a good supermarket in the same block 3 minutes by foot. The metro is 8 minutes away. We were very happy with the hotel and the location and hope to be back.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Easy to get with trains, Kinshichō Station (Subway + JR lines) is located nearby (5 min walk). Bus stop is also close to the hotel. Breakfasts were delievered to room every morning and were tasty. Recommend to stay 100%.
