Very quiet neighborhood, nice family owned business. The house and facilities are clean and all the other guests were considerate of others. We had a lovely stay and went shopping at Old Nakasendo every day :)

This place is a great option if you're travelling on a budget. It is a lovely multistory house ran by a kind family. You have your own room and balcony. There are laundry facilities and an excellent view from the rooftop; where I might add, you can smoke if you need to. Everything is supplied for you, including towels, washing material and such. I was pleasantly surprised. The hospitality was amazing, we were even helped bringing our suitcases up. I will mention that if you cannot speak Mandarin please bring a translation app or such. I would definitely recommend this place.

There was a small issue with getting the key, but the manager quickly helped us resolve it. The flat is quite well-equipped, with a supermarket just steps away. The kitchen, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner worked well. The subway station is 750m away, making it convenient for travel.

Instruction is very very veryyyy clear. Everything is written on the guidebook, even on each button on the electronic appliances. Check in is so easy. The apartment is exceptional, you gotta experience how a Japanese apartment usually feels like.
