Stunning mountain area. The onsen was incredible! You are really surrounded by forest. The meals we had were the best food we ate in the country. Real home cooking perfection. The onsen was a delight even in summer.

Location is perfectly close to Hirayu bus station. Very large room compared to other facility in Japan. Private onsen available if noone is using. Great services including abundant Japanese breakfast. Besides hotel onsen, you also get free voucher to use public onsen near by, which usually costs 700 yen per person. The loveliest woman took care of everything and everything was amazing. The food as well was exceptional! I loved the location, right next to the bus stop, but you have to love a quiet place.

The room was super spacious. Check-in process was smooth as well. As I was checking in late, the staff kept prompting me via chat to inform me of the check-in process. The attention to detail was just superb. Furthermore, the staff were super friendly and the accommodations were clean. The provisioned breakfast was really a nice touch too. Would definitely come back again!!
