The apartment is very near the underground, park, convenient stores, and restaurants. There is also a direct Airport Bus to New Citose Airport within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The bed, pillow, and blanket were very comfortable. Host replied almost instantly.

Apartment is right sized for 3 Adults & 1 Child. It has everything needed for a 3 night stay. Really cleaned, modern facilities & very generous with towels. Beds are really comfortable. Water pressure is perfect. Self check in & out was pretty easy, just follow the instruction. No drying tumbler but we left the heater on overnight & thick heavy fabric clothing were 90% dry in the morning
Free parking provided at the adjacent multilevel parking building. Has a 24 hr 7-11 downstairs & Lawson 2 mins walk away. Nakajima park is just across the road which is perfect for a late afternoon jog/stroll. Host is responsive with pre arrival queries

The location near subway and konbini on the 1st floor - very nice. It is walking distance from Susukino and the central attractions.
The instrucrions on how to access the apartment were clear. Also an instruction for ameneties inside the apartment.
Everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment has 2 spaciois bedrooms, a bathroom and living room with separated kitchen.

This apartment is clean, bright, has a nice view and is very close to Nakajima-Koen Park subway entrance. It was also above a 7-11 and close to lots of seicomart convenience shops and a pharmacy. The bedding and towels were clean and nice quality - All 5 beds were double size with 2 pillows and could have slept 2 people. We had a group of 5 and that was super nice for the apartment size. There is 1 toilet/bathroom. The water temperature and pressure was good in the shower. The heating is very good as there is an Aircon, a gas heater and also small electric heaters in each room. The apartment seems like a newer apartment so it has double glazed windows so the apartment is not drafty. the checkin procedure was super quick and easy. The host was quick to answer questions. Wifi was very good. The washing machine was good to have and we could hang the clothes to dry over night so a dryer wasn't required. The apartment came with soap, shampoo etc and laundry detergent which was very convenient. The kitchen was japan sized (small) and had a kettle, small fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and a few pots as well as knife, fork, spoon plates, cups etc. There is a sharp knife too but it was a bit hard to find. Ask the host if you can't see it. We didnt use the dining table as it felt too narrow to set it up because that area is also a walkway to the bedroom. The kitchen was OK to make simple things using a kettle, microwave, a pot/frypan or to cut fruit. There was no toaster or any condiment type things. We didnt go to any nearby restaurants as we had 3 kids with us but there was a cute looking place right under/ next to the apartment down the lane that goes along the little creek. We ended up buying food from the seicomart and 7-11 conveient stores which were ok and open all the time. Nakajima koen was a lovely park. It was snowy while we were there and the kids could play on the sled hill and also just play in the snow.

Biggest room I've stayed in in Japan to date and comfortable too for a very reasonable price. Massive bathroom (very rare in Japan!). Cheap-ish coin laundry facility available. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with two convenience stores right across the road and a range of restaurants, shops, Nakajima Park and subway Stations within short walking distance.
